Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule once our appointment has been set and secured with a deposit, please shoot me an email to let me know as soon as possible. Your deposit will roll over to secure the new appointment date and time and still count toward the final price.

Cancelling
Much like rescheduling, please email me as soon as you know that you will be unable to make our appointment. Your deposit will not be refunded or goes toward a future project.

Late Policy
I allow a 15 minute grace period for clients running late. Please email me if you are going to be more than 15 minutes late. Anything over half an hour late will need to be rescheduled for a different day. In the event that you do not show up for the appointment at all, you will lose your deposit and we will need to reschedule.

Sneak Peaks
As a heads up, I do not share drawings, sketches, or outlines prior to the appointment over email, text, DM, carrier pigeon, or any other form of communication. Unfortunately it has burnt me in the past and is now my policy. This is to ensure that clients do not run away with my work to be done elsewhere and plagiarized.
